Good to know
Questions before you book.
Yes. Boosts run on our in-studio rigs with VPN region matching and offline mode where supported. Your credentials are entered on-site, never shared remotely, and wiped from the machine when the job is done.
Not for everything. Coaching and rank boosts can be done fully remotely over Discord and our dashboard. Controller modding and the competitive bootcamp require dropping in to 58 Johnston Street.
Coaching and boosting cover Valorant, League of Legends, Apex Legends and Rocket League. Controller modding supports Xbox, PlayStation and Switch Pro pads. Ask us about other titles — we add new ones regularly.
Most rebuilds need three to five days on the bench so we can solder, calibrate and stress-test before you collect. Rush jobs are sometimes possible for an added fee — call ahead to check availability.
The studio is open seven days a week from 10am to 11pm. Remote coaching slots run later by arrangement, and the bootcamp meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm.
We quote a flat price in Australian dollars before any work starts. Pay by card or transfer once you approve the quote. No subscriptions and no hidden surge fees.
